Operating principle
The hot water enters the evaporator Ultracool cooling circuit where, because of the low temperature of the refrigerant is cooled to the required temperature. Cold water is stored in a reservoir built, fully insulated to prevent loss of refrigeration.
The built-in reservoir keeps water temperature constant even when load changes. Then cold water is pushed by a circulation pump, also integrated until use. A by-pass established between the water inlet and outlet water allows accurate regardless of valve position output.
