PSA - Nitrogen generators

F-DBS’ high-purity nitrogen generators use the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technique two remove oxygen, carbon dioxide and water from compressed air. The resulting stream of high purity nitrogen gas 99.999% is ideal for applications including GC carrier gas, make-up gas, nuisance rally in must av Known flow applications.

This very quiet and small device is a real table top unit and equipped with on board air compressors, requires electric power only.

Membrane - Nitrogen generators

The nitrogen generator was designed specifically to meet the requirements of flow, purity and pressure of gas for the LCMS instruments. It can be used for the evaporation of samples.

Nitrogen is produced using membrane technology, to effectively separate nitrogen from other gas molecules present in ambient air.

The pressure drop is only 1 bar, making it easier to connect the generator to your own network of compressed air.
