Automated flash purification system

The PuriFlash 430evo is a state of the art, automated flash purification system. The heart of the system is the high pressure pump which can be used in a "true" quaternary gradient mode by mixing up to four solvents with 1% accuracy.

Any manufacturers’ column can be used with the system but for optimum performance we recommend columns packed with spherical media.

Start saving time by using puriFlash columns filled with highly efficient spherical silica in either 50µ, 30µ or 15µ particle diameters.

The higher pressure rating is well suited to support the 15µ puriFlash columns.
The heart of the system is the pump which can deliver a true quaternary gradient (Four solvents) at up to 200ml/min.

Flash purification has evolved. Finally, you can achieve pure product in a fraction of the time when compared to traditional flash systems.

By using higher flow rates and columns packed with smaller particles, run times can be reduced up to 70%.

The puriFlash 430evo is stable to 435 psi / 30 bar at up to 200 ml/min. This robust system is well suited to support columns packed with 15µ and 30µ silica which greatly improve separation efficiency.
