AflaREAD quantitatively detects aflatoxin B1 - a mycotoxin, harmful even in low concentrations in food and therefore strictly regulated by law.
Aflatoxin B1 ist produced by molds under inappropriate storage conditions and often renders consumption or further processing impossible.
AflaREAD is delievered ready-to-use. The kit contains a 96-well ELISA plate (8-well stripes can be used separately), standard solutions and all needed substances. A comprehensive manual guides you through the effective and easy analysis.
Even for difficult matrices no prior clean-up of the sample extract
(like SPE or immunoaffinity columns) is needed.
