GFC columns are suitable for analysis of high molecular weight biological fluids such protein and for molecular weight determination. Shodex added new GFC column named KW400 series. KW400 series is semi-micro type of PROTEIN KW-800 series and KW400 series provides high resolution. The packing material is polymer coated silica as same as KW-800, but particle is smaller than KW-800 series.

Conditions for all products:
- Recommended flow rate: < 0.35mL/min
- Max. usable flow rate: 0.5mL/min
- Usable temperature pange: 5 to 45deg-C
- Usable pH range: 3.0 to 7.5
- Usable salt conc. in eluent: 0.1 to 0.3M
- Usable organic solvent concentration: Up to 100% for methanol and acetonitrile.
